The developer note DOCS/INSTALL.md mentions Flutter 3.38. The package declares sdk: ^3.11.1 in pubspec.yaml, so what counts is the Dart version, and Dart 3.11 comes with Flutter 3.41: Flutter 3.38 is too old. If flutter pub get says the SDK is too old, run flutter upgrade.

03What you bring
- A Solana RPC endpoint from any provider. A free tier is enough to start. You need your own because the shared public endpoint refuses
getProgramAccounts, which the holder list uses. - A signer you control: a multisig, a signing script, or a wallet that can sign a raw transaction. The forge never signs.
- The mint keypair, generated by you (how). The forge never generates one.
- SOL for rent and network fees. On devnet this is free test SOL.
- Apple and Google developer accounts if you publish to the stores.
- A transfer-hook program, only if you switch on the Transfer hook extension. You write, deploy and audit it.
04Not included
- Hosting and a domain. The forge has no backend by design.
- RPC provider subscriptions.
- Developer accounts (Apple, Google).
- Blockchain network fees and rent deposits.
- A transfer-hook program.
- A finished app icon.
